Welcome to William Thomas! The historic William Thomas building has been a core part of Downtown Hamilton since the 1850s. In transforming the building into the new William Thomas Student Rentals, we made a commitment to honour this heritage and kept parts of the old building’s gorgeous exterior along James Street North. The façade was carefully reconstructed stone by stone during redevelopment and now forms part of these stunning new student apartments at 20 Rebecca Street, Hamilton.
