Hunter Milborne


Canadian Business Magazine recognizes C. Hunter Milborne as the “Dean of Condos”. The high measure of his success is evident in the large volume of repeat business secured. He has firmly established Milborne Group as the dominant force in Canadian condominium marketing. Holding a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto he is a sought-after speaker on the topic of Marketing and Sales.

Mariana Milborne


Mariana has a high attention to detail that is second to none. She operates with a “get it done now” mentality. Her hands-on approach is accompanied by a strong work ethic and a tremendous insight into how to immediately build consensus and resolve issues. She holds a Masters Degree in Economics.

James Bradeen

Senior VP, Sales & Marketing

James has been an instrumental member of Milborne Group for nearly a decade. Over that time, he has worked closely with some of Canada's top developers and builders. James has quickly elevated his position in the company, demonstrating exceptional discipline and mastering all levels of the pre-construction process. He has extensive knowledge of suite mix, floor plan design, and pricing and sales strategies. James holds a degree in Economics from McGill University.

Krista LeClair


Krista has been involved in the Toronto Preconstruction market for 27 years. She has extensive experience in both low rise and high-rise communities. Her areas of expertise include project branding, floor plan design, and current market trends. She has cultivated deep rooted relationships with Toronto’s Top Brokers. She also fosters many new relationships with various Brokerages all over the Ontario. Krista has worked alongside some of the GTA’s most prominent builders over the years including Great Gulf, The Daniels Corporation, Urban Capital, Kaitlin Corporation, Remington Homes, Pinewood Homes, and Countrywide Homes.

Michael Budovitch


Over 40 years of expertise in sales & marketing, land acquisitions, joint ventures, and advisory services for the residential building industry. With an eye for detail from concept to completion, Michael has the ability to analyze each development in advance with the ultimate goal to maximize the profit for the stakeholder.

Maryann Grace

VP, Special Projects

Maryann has been with Milborne Group since the late 80's and has worked on many projects at different stages from before land acquisition, sales program, color selections right up to final closing and sales after condo registration. She has worked on several projects that are "pioneering" in nature, including the creation of new neighbourhoods and many multi-phased projects which created new opportunities for end-users and investors in many different market conditions. Maryann has been involved in the sale of more than 8,000 units valuing over $2.4 billion.

Ha Chu

Director of Operations

With her education in Procurement Management through Humber College, Ha combines her education in operations with her passion for Real Estate to bring over 20 years of pre-construction real estate operational experience to Milborne Group. Ha has been involved with pre-construction launches throughout her career across the GTA starting with her very first project at Aquarius @ Waterpark City by Lanterra.

Anthony D’Angelo


Anthony graduated with a B.A in Business and Society from York University and quickly immersed himself into the real estate industry. He has a passion for real estate development and takes great pride in his strong relationships with top developers and brokers throughout the GTA. During his 5 years at Milborne Anthony has been a part of some of the GTA’s most successful projects selling over 4,000 suites and approximately $2.5 billion worth of real estate.

Rose Nguyen

Director, Sales & Marketing

Rose has proudly represented the Milborne Group for nearly a decade bringing a wealth of experience in marketing and selling projects across several markets and sales cycles. Garnering many successful sellouts in a multitude of pre-construction developments, including boutique buildings, luxury townhomes, and hi-rise master-planned communities, her dedication in various roles makes her an asset on every team. As an enthusiastic marketer with a holistic approach to sales, Rose has been a key consultant for the strategic planning and execution of over $3.7 Billion worth of property.

Diana Girgis


Diana values innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Since 2008, Diana has led the sale of over 5,000 residential units in communities across the GTA, positioning her to successfully navigate unique team dynamics, prioritize client needs and goals, and develop targeted sales and marketing strategies that are curated for each individual development. Her passion lies in building efficient sales processes and high performing teams, with the ultimate goal of exceeding sales targets and revenues. She holds an Executive MBA from Queen's University and volunteers her time as a mentor and board member.

Audrey Lew


Audrey Lew serves as Director of Sales and Marketing at Milborne Group, where she oversees sales for residential real estate projects across the GTA. Audrey is responsible for developing sales and marketing strategies with developers, leading and coaching sales teams. She has been with Milborne Group since 2015. Audrey has taken a scenic route in the Toronto real estate new construction industry, accumulating a rich collection of valuable experience from its different facets in the course of over a decade. From administration, accounting, research analysis, to marketing and sales, her passion in her current role lies in the commitment to attain sales objectives while delivering the best professional sales experience for clients, cooperating agents, and real estate developers. Over her career, Audrey has sold and managed over 20 developments with over $2.5 billion in sales revenue, and most importantly built good relationships and strong rapport with real estate veterans, top producing agents and brokers.

Derek Nzeribe

Director, Sales & Marketing Ottawa

Derek leads Milborne Group’s efforts in Ottawa, Ontario and the surrounding area. He brings extensive consulting, project management, and sales experience which spans the development process from pre-planning to sell out. He works with developer clients to maintain sales and marketing timelines and also contributes to the implementation of strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing project budgets and engaging in developer, sales, marketing and vendor collaboration. Prior to his role as Regional Director, Derek spent over 4 years as Senior Vice President of a boutique consulting firm. His passion and knowledge of new development is clearly displayed in his work and it comes with no surprise that clients are drawn to his calm but confident approach to project management.

Jonathan Tuttle


Working in numerous roles within Milborne Group for over seven years, Jonathan has developed an accomplished management style specializing in building design, market analysis, and sales strategy. His experience has built an expansive network of lasting relationships with some of the country’s top developers and realtors, maintaining a close pulse on the industry. Jonathan consults some of Canada’s largest development firms and brings a knowledgeable outlook to each project he is involved in.

Daniella Commisso

Manager, Sales & Marketing

Daniella is an accomplished sales manager with more than a decade of experience in the pre-construction market. Her profound understanding of the real estate and development industry is matched by her unwavering passion for architecture, design, and innovation. Known for her robust entrepreneurial spirit and natural leadership qualities, her professionalism has been the foundation of her success.

Irfan Bhatti

Manager, Sales & Marketing

Irfan has been involved in all aspects of pre-construction condominiums for almost 20 years and joined Milborne Group in 2016. Irfan has achieved great success leading his teams to meet developer targets throughout even the most challenging of times in various markets a throughout the GTA. You will usually find Irfan on the front lines applying his knowledge and expertise in new condominiums to help realtors and clients make the optimal decision based on the clients wants and needs. Irfan believes building long lasting relationships over the years with both top realtors, past purchasers and developers has been an integral part of all his successes.
