June 1, 2026 marked the 50th anniversary of Milborne Real Estate.

Turning half a century old means something. When people celebrate their 50th birthday, they often pause to reflect on a life shaped by learning, growth, failure, disappointment, resilience, and triumph. In the lifecycle of a company, it is no different.

When Hunter Milborne founded the company in 1976, he did not know exactly what it would become, or the influence it would have on his life, his team members, his clients, and the broader real estate industry. He simply wanted to do good work and make a living.

From transforming Harbour Square from a struggling project into a success, Milborne’s story has always been about hard work, commitment, and fresh, innovative ways to sell a product. That spirit became the foundation of the company.

This positive outlook has always been a driving force. Rather than dwelling on the past, we use our history and experience to provide a unique wisdom and perspective, helping us forecast what is most likely to happen and how to optimize results.
